Only negative and it’s more of a consideration, it would have been nice to receive a call from the estimator to follow up to see how things went. All in all very happy with the work and the new garage door.

This repair was for the bracket that holds the springs to the leader/header board. This is the second time I have had Precision out to my house. Each time they have taken care of my problem quickly and efficiently. They point out things to watch for in the future, but no high pressure sales to do it right away. So they fix the actual problem, and don't try to manufacture work that is not needed. The price has always been less than I expected. Both techs have been very polite, friendly, professional, and offer helpful, informative information about my door and opener.
