We just had our new door installed and we are very pleased with it. I really want to comment on the Technician Chris who did the install. He was very professional, organized and efficient and got the job done when he said he would. He is a great employee and represents his company very well. I also want to compliment the owners because when I asked how it was to work for them Chris's immediate response was "great". How often do you hear that? Great team, great company, I would definitely recommend them for your garage door needs!!

The technician that performed the repairs to my garage door was Christopher S. This young man was very professional and extremely knowledgeable with his job duties. He made both myself and my family members whom were present during today’s visit feel very comfortable with him from beginning to end. By far, the best experience of all my home improvements. The technician was on time, he was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and thorough during the installation. Upon completion with the install, he took time to explain everything in terms I could understand, and did not rush through the explanation. I highly recommend this office of Precision. Ask for "Chris" as your technician, you wont be disappointed.
