I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door for a broken springs. I have used this company many years ago and with service calls you're always concerned about the after normal business hours or weekend calls. Precision advertises there are no extra charges for weekend calls. I called Saturday at noon and Precision reception set up the time for 2:00. Precision's Technician Jason Daring arrived and was quite friendly as he knew me by name. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided me with a reasonable estimate. It was evident by his professionalism and mannerism he was proud to work for this company, and customer service was at its best; and at a good price. Having used this company in the past, I knew just who to call when I purchased a new home and wanted to have my system checked out...especially since there was an ominous sound in the motor. Moved in to my new ( to me ) home today. Double garage door would not work. Called Precision before noon, and the technician, Jason Daring was there before 4pm. The motor needed to be replaced, and the entire garage door needed to be rebuilt; including straightening from an obvious case of a car backing into the door. Jason gave me an estimate and I authorized work to begin. I was worried that he couldn’t possibly finish all the work this late in the day. He assured me that he wouldn’t leave until everything was working to my satisfaction. After about three hours of intense, non stop labor, the door and all controls were working like new. This was an outstanding effort by a very knowledgeable and hard working professional.
