I am changing my review from 3 starts to 5 stars. I previously stated that they were very quick to respond, which they were. The tech was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the billing which I stated in my review. The company monitors these reviews and immediately called me to explain it. I understand now and I am satisfied with their response. I commend them for following up to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. That is rare in today's business world. Many companies once they get your money the sale is over and its on to the next customer. Precision is refreshingly different. They want to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend them and would definitely used them again
