Austin Orton went above and beyond the call of duty, providing exceptional customer service. Austin took the time to do a thorough check of the door, and explained what all was going on. Not at one time did he try to up sell me on things that may possibly break in the future. He just fixed what needed to be fixed and said that everything else on the door was still in great shape. Communication and Complete honesty is what running a great business is all about. I highly recommend Precision.

This place was recommended by my handyman. Wow. Austin came to fix the garage door the very next day after I called. Showed up on time checked the faulty unit, and offered three options for repair/replacement with different prices and warranties and explained them all. Easy. I picked the mid priced solution, and he worked away. An unexpected problem occurred and a previously working part stopped working too. Austin called this in and that part was replaced free of charge. I really hate dealing with service people generally, but these guys offer fabulous service, and are accountable and polite. Austin was terrific! He arrived on time, was polite, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and allowed time for me to ask questions. He kept me updated as things progressed, and showed me garage door maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He used proper COVID precautions while he installed the new opener, and replaced the old door spring and rollers.
