I choose Precision Garage door service from just an Internet search. What a happy decision. Andrew was very professional and personable. Our home is under construction from damage sustained during Hurricane Helene. Andrew was very kind and helped me understand issues I was having with other trades in my home. He could have just kept to himself and get the job done. He didn't, he went out of his way to reassure me that all will be well with the other issues I was having not related to the garage door. I am so pleased that he was the one assigned to service my garage door. What a wonderful young man. I am also very pleased with the new garage door motor that he installed. It runs so smoothy and is very quiet. Even the construction workers were so impressed they took it for a spin. Thank you Andrew thank you Precision.

Our garage door spring broke last night around 7:30, trapping our 2 cars. I called Precision Doors a moment later. They confirmed a 8am appointment, I was extremely relieved! Today, Jesus Dimasse was our technician and was excellent from start to finish. He performed a thorough inspection of our garage door systems. He found frayed wires and a broken locking mechanism in addition to the broken spring. Jesus ordered the custom commercial springs for us after we determined the best fit. He also picked up the locking mechanism and new springs in an efficient manner. I highly recommend Jesus and Precision Doors.

I am happy to be a repeat customer. My garage door is very old. 9 years ago, Precision replaced the opener and all of the rollers. The door is used multiple times daily and needed to have the rollers and pulleys replaced. The door is once again, nearly silent in operation. I called late morning on a Tuesday regarding an issue I was having with my garage door not closing properly. Plus, I wanted an estimate on getting the door insulated and a new bottom edge door strip. Our technician, Luca Martelli, was out that same afternoon. He was very courteous and very helpful. Went over the different options and gave me estimates for each. We originally went with repairing/insulating the old door, but when that didn’t work out (it was a very old door), Luka went the extra mile in getting us a discount on a new replacement door. I so appreciate him recognizing that I wouldn’t have been happy with how the old door was going to look. Hold on to this guy. His customer skills, as well as his technical skills, are outstanding!
