Excellent & fast service! I just moved into my house that didn't have a garage door opener. It was too much hassle to go open/close the one car garage manually. I did a search & this website came up for same day estimates & installation. I set up my appointment online & a technician was at my door a few hours later. After a careful assessment, I decided to proceed with the installation. A couple hours later I had a brand new opener! I'm satisfied with my purchase & the technician was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I only wish there was a financing option available but if it saves me money that there isn't, no big deal. Thanks so much!

I called first thing Monday morning for repairs on my garage door. Jeff the technician, showed up 2 hours later and completed the job within 1 hour! He was very professional, was not pushing nor upselling products that I did not request, just a great service overall for a broken garage that was not expected. Highly recommended!!

Chad did a super job "freeing" my Toyota from captivity after the mainspring failed. He also diagnosed shaft and bearing issues, which required replacement. All accomplished while the whale 4Runner occupied all of the space in the garage. Superb service, once again, from Precision.

I choose Precision Garage door service from just an Internet search. What a happy decision. Andrew was very professional and personable. Our home is under construction from damage sustained during Hurricane Helene. Andrew was very kind and helped me understand issues I was having with other trades in my home. He could have just kept to himself and get the job done. He didn't, he went out of his way to reassure me that all will be well with the other issues I was having not related to the garage door. I am so pleased that he was the one assigned to service my garage door. What a wonderful young man. I am also very pleased with the new garage door motor that he installed. We have used precision Garage Door for many, many years and commend them for their knowledgeable technicians, their overall fine attitude, their helpfulness and their professionalism. We had a recent problem with the door, hitting the driveway too hard and bouncing back up. In order to do it myself, I went on the Internet and performed reasonable due diligence, so the door would not hit the driveway as hard. It was a partial fix, but we decided, again, to call precision. They sent a technician out the same day who diagnosed the problem and reset the downward, speed and pressure. He was courteous and knew precisely the problem. I tried to find a decent answer on the Internet, etc., and he was much more knowledgeable than the information I was getting through my search. He was “super“ nice and had the problem fixed in a handful of minutes and even gave us some quick observations as far as what should and should not be lubricated with silicone. Precision is our answer for garage door problems when DIY proves less than satisfactory.

Our garage door spring broke last night around 7:30, trapping our 2 cars. I called Precision Doors a moment later. They confirmed a 8am appointment, I was extremely relieved! Today, Jesus Dimasse was our technician and was excellent from start to finish. He performed a thorough inspection of our garage door systems. He found frayed wires and a broken locking mechanism in addition to the broken spring. Jesus ordered the custom commercial springs for us after we determined the best fit. He also picked up the locking mechanism and new springs in an efficient manner. I highly recommend Jesus and Precision Doors.

The spring on the door broke with my car inside on a Sunday. The door is much too heavy to open without the spring, and I needed my car for work the next morning. Precision gave me a same day window Sunday evening for service, with no extra charge for emergency service. The the tech called slightly before the window and said he could come right then if it were okay. The tech, Josue, was efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me confidence in choosing Precision. Josue went above and beyond expectations, even lubricating my other garage door while he was there. If that other door ever needs service, or should I say "when," I will be calling Precision and requesting Josue.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Precision Garage Doors today. Chris came to do an estimate and ended up staying to complete the job! Hooray! My opener on the wall in the garage was not working well. I had wires everywhere from a previous owner’s work. It’s now all cleaned up and working. Chris was very courteous and thorough. Explained everything to me. He was very helpful and explaining the workings of it when he was finished. 5 stars in work and customer service!
