Hurricane Helene was inbound Thursday, but Precision still came out. Cheyney was great!! He explained what needed to be down and took care of it. Outstanding young man!! He replaced the springs, bearings, cables, and garage door opener.

We have used Precision Overhead Garage Door several times and this last service call was no exception to the outstanding service they provide. This last service call was particularly outstanding. Our opener is quite old and parts are not currently being made available. But instead of trying to upsell us on a new motor and assembly, the Serviceman called his supervisor who directed him to a location in his truck where the very last part we needed was. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a cost savings of well over a thousand dollars. They are the best.

First, I was referred to Precision by a business associate and admittedly speaking, I was not expecting much from the first appointment since it was simply an occasion to have an analysis of the garage doors of a home i recently purchased in St Petersburg. From the first moment I met Matt it was obvious to me that he did not see his role as a salesman and more as a consultant willing to identify solutions to problems.
