Precision Door staff came out the same day that I called. My old garage door opener has finally stopped working after 20 years. Sammy the technician was very courteous and helpful. He had the right garage door opener with him. He installed it efficiently and took the old opener away. Very happy with the results and the warranty.

Sam, our service guy, was such a truly nice and professional person. He pinned point the problem and supplied a detailed list of recommendations he felt I could consider. He was patient and respectful. Not hassle or pressure. He did an efficient and clean job. His recommendations were right on target. He left making me feel confident in the work that was performed. I do not hesitate to call Precision for service for each time I have done so, there was nothing less than good quality, professional service.

Our garage door springs failed us on a Saturday afternoon. Sammy with Precision came out 2 hours later and had us back in business by early evening. He had everything we needed in his van to not only fix our garage door but we made a few upgrades. Excellent experience.
