I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Precision Garage Doors today. Chris came to do an estimate and ended up staying to complete the job! Hooray! My opener on the wall in the garage was not working well. I had wires everywhere from a previous owner’s work. It’s now all cleaned up and working. Chris was very courteous and thorough. Explained everything to me. He was very helpful and explaining the workings of it when he was finished. 5 stars in work and customer service!

Just had my garage door restored to like new condition. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, who walked me through what needed replacing to make the door safe to operate after springs failed. Hurricane Helene eroded moving parts, rusting and weakening my door with salt water incursion. I obtained several estimates of varying prices. Neighbours trusted Precision and helped with my decision. I am so glad I trusted their recommendations. Chris was awesome assuring me door is now safe for everyday use and much quieter too. We have used Precision for all our garage door services since we moved into this home 15 years ago. This time we had a battery backup installed for the garage door opener. Our technician was so helpful and efficient. He explained what he needed to do and afterward made sure I knew what to expect. He also showed me how to do the maintenance to keep the rollers lubricated. We would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

We had rollers, torsion cable, cable drums, shaft, ball bearings etc. just about everything except the door! Christopher Enlow was our tech and did a fabulous job. Very professional and showed how to lubricate the door in the future. One of the nicest techs I have ever had. Give this man a bonus for such a fantastic job!
