We have used other companies in the past, but not one has been as proficient and professional as Precision Doors. The customer service on the phone is extremely customer oriented and knowledgeable. The technicians are very professional and proficient. They show up ready to solve the issue the first time with a cheerful attitude and a smile on their face. It is refreshing to know that they will fix the issue the first time and I don't have to worry about it anymore. Thank you for work well done and piece of mind.

The tech (Jackson) was polite and after thoroughly examining the garage door explained my options and related costs. I made my choice and he made the repair efficiently and affectively. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door if needed in the future. The part used is not listed under parts purchased.

While I live in a different state, I just called my father and discovered the technician from Overhead Door had just left. My dad (John) said that it took Doug about a half hour and he had the garage door back in good shape. When the lag bolts came out a few days ago, we were hopeful and now very satisfied that our fathers issue was handled with quality and in great time on a Sunday. Wow! Overhead Door earned our 5 star review. That service was outstanding. Thank you. We adult children are grateful for Dougs work and for quelching the fires of worry for our father. My wife and I had the unfortunate event of our spring breaking this morning. I knew about Precision from their advertising and previously used them for a problem that turned out to be a non-issue -- which they did not charge me for. I requested an appointment in the morning (10 am) and was immediately contacted and was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon (noon arrival). Our technician was very professional and friendly and walked me through our options. I was offered various options but was not pressured to purchase the additional recommended parts. In fact, I was shown how to make the other parts last longer. We were up and running again in less than 90 minutes.

They were on time and very professional. However, I need two sensors replaced, and they price gouged me, $245 dollars for a part you can get on Genie's website for $42.
