The technician was very friendly and efficient. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He spent the time to tell me exactly what he was going to do and showed me the estimate for both parts and labor. At the completion, he went over all the parts that were replaced and told me how to care for the door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for maintenance,repairs or replacement!

The technician was professional yet friendly and very personable. Let me know when to expect him, then verified the time and that he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable. In addition to completing the job he programmed my new vehicle to be compatible with the opener. Asked if there was anything else he could do. I’m very impressed. Precision Garage Door is always right on time. I called in the morning, and got service that afternoon. Can't get any better than that! I had just bought a new car and needed the garage door programed but the remote was missing. I called and Precision replaced the remote and now, I can get into my garage. THANKS Precision!
