We had one of the coil springs snap on our 8 year old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door Service and after talking to a very polite girl on the phone, I was scheduled that same day for service! As we couldn’t get our cars out of the garage, this was great news. Isak showed on time, and he was very professional and a really nice guy! He showed us exactly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced (coil springs and bearings) without upselling us. He was done in an hour, perfect job. Garage door is working efficiently and much quieter. He even left us a can of lubricant spray! Great job, I have recommended Precision to our neighbors.

I had a single garage door spring that had broken, I called Precision Garage Door to have repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment for service tech the same day and were able to work with my schedule for timing. Isak Zenkic was the service technician who had called and said he was actually able to arrive earlier than the time slot I was given. Isak assessed the repair that was needed and was very knowledgeable, gave me options that would best meet the needs of the usage for the springs (which was to upgrade the springs and add a second spring). Isak was very professional and was able to repair very quickly with his skillset. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay to all family, friends and neighbors.

This is just an outstanding company all the way around. A few years ago I had you reinstall new garage openers in two garages. Isak was the technician and he’s just fantastic all the way around.
