Jesus was very informative and had a passion for his position ..I happy he pointed out items that needed addressing .belt drive doors are superior to chain .. and I neede new barings and new new pole for them totally shot … I think baring s caused the spring more wear and tear?

Our garage door spring broke last night around 7:30, trapping our 2 cars. I called Precision Doors a moment later. They confirmed a 8am appointment, I was extremely relieved! Today, Jesus Dimasse was our technician and was excellent from start to finish. He performed a thorough inspection of our garage door systems. He found frayed wires and a broken locking mechanism in addition to the broken spring. Jesus ordered the custom commercial springs for us after we determined the best fit. He also picked up the locking mechanism and new springs in an efficient manner. I highly recommend Jesus and Precision Doors.

Carlos is an excellent technician. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the garage door in less than a hour. He explained the pricing and warranty for the service. He is wonderful and communicated the importance of care and maintenance of the garage.

The young man called before coming for our garage service. He arrived within ten minutes. I explained our problem with the door and he asked pertinent questions. He was very polite and explained different routes to proceed. We are very satisfied with the service we received from him. He said his name was Jesus. After our recent “two hurricanes” I had 7-8 inches of tidal water in my garage. My garage door had a difficult time opening. After two weeks waiting, Jesus was sent to my townhome. He was very knowledgeable and caring. After a little over an hour of work my garage door and sensors are firing good. Precision should be very proud of having Jesus, this Technician working for their company and I only hope in the future if I need assistance again that Jesus will be once again in my service area. (Maybe then he will be ready to play some pickleball) Lol…
