Service technician called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. Performed the much needed door tune up and looked at the door opener and suggested that a new opener was needed as the current one is old. Appreciated his honesty. Would use this company in the future and would highly recommend them. Also called on Wednesday evening and was given an appointment for the next day.
