I had dealt with Precision in 2014 when I was having problems with my garage door. When more problems arose three days ago, I didn't hesitate to call them again. My technician this time was Joshua Figueroa. I couldn't be happier with his service. He arrived on time, having phoned about fifteen minutes earlier to let me know he was close. His diagnosis of the immediate problem was spot-on. He gave me three options - one that would fix the problem, but nothing more, another that would have replaced some other parts that were worn but still workable, and a third option that practically gave the mechanism a total makeover. As the existed mechanism was sixteen years old, I chose door number three. Not only does the new mechanism run more smoothly, but it's also much quieter. John also provided new remote control openers and a new outside opened, and he programmed all of them, so I didn't have to fiddle with any of them.
