Cody from Precision Garage door did a great job replacing springs and securing our two garage doors to ensure they will last another 10-years. He did a great job and Precision provides a 5-year warranty, which is great!

As always. needed new springs, bearings and tension cables. it destroyed itself overnight. Called at 6:30 in the morning and your guys were there by 9:30. Shout out to Cody Johnson and his crew. 2nd time in 6 months he had to come out and was fantastic. Your employees are the best. Thanks again.

I used Precision in the past to replace our door opener. I had a great experience with them and decided to use them again this time to replace the garage door. Cody arrived and presented himself in a professional manner. He was respectful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He presented a clear estimate and we decided immediately because of his presentation, enthusiasm and charm that we would use Precision again. Precision Overhead Doors fixed my door and solved the problem. The staff in office and the installer helped me. I was afraid the door would fall apart! We have used Precision in prior years and are very happy every time they have worked on our door. I was very surprised to get someone to come, especially since Hurricane Helena had them so busy. My door problem is nothing compared to many homes loosing their garages and doors. Thank you. Now I will use the door and not worry about it falling apart.
