I called at 7:30 in the morning to schedule a repair for my garage door and they were able to send a gentleman out there by 4 PM. The person they sent to fix my door was courteous, informative, and efficient. Fix the door and did a great job at a fair price. I would recommend to anyone.

Had an issue with my Genie garage door. I found Precision on the internet. They responded within several hours from my call. George the technician that was sent out was very courteous and professional. I thought the price for servicing my garage door was fair and reasonable. I would have no problem recommending Precision to family and friends.

George, our service agent was ever helpful and professional. He gave us his honest opinion of what was essential and what was optional on the list of possible repairs. Although I was a little surprised at the cost, on reflection I realize they are not out of line.
This is my second time calling Precision for service on this door, so I’m obviously a loyal customer.
