I called at 7:30 in the morning to schedule a repair for my garage door and they were able to send a gentleman out there by 4 PM. The person they sent to fix my door was courteous, informative, and efficient. Fix the door and did a great job at a fair price. I would recommend to anyone.

Had an issue with my Genie garage door. I found Precision on the internet. They responded within several hours from my call. George, our service agent was ever helpful and professional. He gave us his honest opinion of what was essential and what was optional on the list of possible repairs.
