We're so pleased with how quiet it is, and how smoothly it operates compared to before. He even took the time to help program our keypad and setup both of our cars. I’ve been a more than satisfied customer for years. Chris was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. A report and a quote for repair was available in minutes. Due to the storm there were a number of problems, 14-16 inches salt water causing damage to garage doors and sensors. The doors are no longer operable using the remotes

Your employee, Chris, was very helpful & knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I wanted by putting a rubber stripping at the bottom of the garage door to keep most of the rainwater from coming into my garage. He did an excellent job and also provided me with an estimate for future repairs to my garage door. He also applied the coupon I received in my monthly Val Pack mail. I highly recommend to my friends and neighbors to use Precision whenever they need garage door service.

What a delight to have chosen this company! I called in at 1:30pm, and was told a technician would be out between 4 & 8pm. I was good with that. Surprisingly, the tech was here around 3pm, and the removal of the old unit, the installation of the new unit was completed before 6pm. Quality company, quality work, and the best technician they could have sent to me. Chris E. is a professional, personable, knowledgeable young man, and I am 120% satisfied with the whole experience~
