Great Company ! Fast service ! I should have written this earlier but have been just getting back into my house after the hurricane. I called the company for a new unit ( with sensors and remotes) and they came literally the next day and replaced the unit that was under water and got me all set up with in an hour. I can't say enough about the customer service and technical expertise that Precision provided. I had my new door installed yesterday, and the serviceman, Luke, could not have been more knowledgeable and kind. He went through every detail with me so I would have complete understanding of how to operate my new door. It was blazing hot out, and yet this nice technician never complained. The office staff also deserve a shout out. I had to change my appointment date several times and needed a Saturday appointment, and they were always able to accommodate in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

I think his name is Luke, he was fantastic with his detailed install. Sherman was also a great installer, both worked well together. Both were friendly, polite and clean. There is no better service than I got from these guys.

We got several quotes before we decided on Precision. Not only are they professional and offer multiple options, they helped us find someone to reframe our opening. Our house had the original garage doors and needed a lot of prep before installing a new door. Julie always followed through and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. We felt important and the quality of service is above expectations. The installers were polite and easy to talk to. They cleaned up after themselves and offered guidance to keep our new door running smoothly for a long time. We will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

The technician called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. when he arrived he introduced himself and explained what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions. He started to work right away after making sure all safety measures were in place and that he too was protected. Another truck arrived later and I was introduced to the technician and he followed the same procedure making sure all safety measures were in place. This installation was done in a professional manner from start to finish with safety in mind at all times. I thanked the technicians for their service and how they represented your company. I also let them know that I will recommend your company every chance I get. thank you
