Luis has done service for our garage door twice. Once for the new motor install and the second time to replace the rollers. Both times he showed up early. We were able to schedule a call within hours of contacting Precision. The tech called with notice that he was headed our way. After testing our 19 yr old opener, it was determined that replacement of the door opener was the best option. Tech presented several options, with no high pressure to purchase one over another. The installation was handled quickly and professionally. The work area was cleaned.
