Technician was very helpful and informative about the process. This was a replacement for previous model purchased through this company 12 years ago. The same day service was very convenient for us. Job completed as promised and everyone we encountered was very courteous and professional.

The serviceman was very helpful and efficient. The repair was done in a timely manner and is much neater than the previous messy repair by another company. I will always call Precision in the future for problems with the garage door.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before to install a replacement motor and springs several years before. I found their service to be excellent. This time the serviceman Robbie Deshotel to be excellent as well. He was on time, polite and worked quickly. I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Can't say "Thank you" enough! I was in a tough spot trying to prepare to evacuate Hurricane Milton with my garage door spring broken and my car stuck in the garage. I had my doubts I could get someone on a Sunday morning but checked online and found PGD open! I made an appointment easily online and my door was repaired by 1 pm...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My experience was wonderful. I was able to book the appointment online, Robbie showed up right on time and was very pleasant. He explained my options to me and provided a price quickly. I asked how long to repair and when they would be able to complete. He said a few hours and he was going to do now. Very efficient and explained all of the features to me. Robbie D was pleasant, knowledgeable and had great workmanship. My parents recommended Precision as they had used them and were also happy with their work. Thank you for making this repair so easy to complete.
