I was very impressed with our technician. I was surprised that he was working alone but he removed the old door and installed the new door. He made sure the tension was correct and that I could open and close the door with no problems. He was professional, polite and asked my questions.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions.My garage door was installed within 2 days of signing the proposal. The door tech did a great job! He didn't rush through the installation, he made sure the door was installed properly and lubricated every moving part. He also adjusted the closer. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking to install a new door or upgrade their current one.

A service call for a check-up on an Amarr Entrematic two-car garage door and a Lanier garage door opener that was istalled in December 2018 was scheduled for today. The serviceman arrived on time and oiled the needed parts. He found that a wire was partially covering a sensor and may interfere with its operation for opening AND closing smoothly. Otherwise, there was no problem WITH NORMAL operations. Thank you. The home is a home that is HOMESTEADED to the rightful owner. The garage door is a nice product.

Our experience with purchasing a new garage door from Precision was excellent. Scheduling an estimate with Brittney was smooth; she called before arriving, arrived on time, and explained all the options, etc. The removal of the old door and installation of the new door done by Jesus went very well too (he also called before arriving and arrived on time). Both were/are very professional and courteous. The customer service was outstanding and we're very pleased with the new door. We highly recommend Precision.
