Great customer service at all hours. When I purchased my new home a few years ago, the garage door stopped working very quickly. Since the brand was on the unit, I called their local service center only to be told that my issue was outside work hours and I would have to wait for 3 days!!! Needless to say, I called Precision and not only did they come out immediately, but the tech was also professional, courteous and timely. I immediately had the unit changed out and have had great service from Precision at all times ever since. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

The company communicated with me constantly, to insure that I stayed informed as to their scheduling. They were always very courteous and pleasant on the phone. When the technician arrived, he took the time to demonstrate what the problem was, once he had identified it, and was very patient and articulate in his explanations and answers to my questions. Additionally, he was very tolerant of my nosy little dog! That alone earns the company a sixth star.

I called late morning on a Tuesday regarding an issue I was having with my garage door not closing properly. Plus, I wanted an estimate on getting the door insulated and a new bottom edge door strip. Our technician, Luca Martelli, was out that same afternoon. He was very courteous and very helpful. Went over the different options and gave me estimates for each. We originally went with repairing/insulating the old door, but when that didn’t work out (it was a very old door), Luka went the extra mile in getting us a discount on a new replacement door. I so appreciate him recognizing that I wouldn’t have been happy with how the old door was going to look. Hold on to this guy. His customer skills, as well as his technical skills, are outstanding!
