Precision Door serviced my garage door - inspected it and I had the service rep replace several parts. Chris , the service rep was very knowledgeable , precise, and worked very quick. I like that I was given options. I selected a Genie with a chain drive. When he was all done, I was told that he did not have a chain drive assembly on his truck and as a result, installed a belt drive. I would have preferred to have waited and installed the chain drive later, but was never given the option.

After our recent “two hurricanes” I had 7-8 inches of tidal water in my garage. My garage door had a difficult time opening. After two weeks waiting, Jesus was sent to my townhome. He was very knowledgeable and caring. After a little over an hour of work my garage door and sensors are firing good. Precision should be very proud of having Jesus, this Technician working for their company and I only hope in the future if I need assistance again that Jesus will be once again in my service area. (Maybe then he will be ready to play some pickleball) Lol…

I called Precision on Saturday morning to schedule an appointment the following week. No emergency, just an estimate to repair our garage door that would not stay open when raised. The rep taking my call advised me a repairman could come out that day between 12-4pm. No extra fee for Saturday service. The service man arrived on time and accessed the garage door issue, and explained it to me. He was professional and polite as I asked him to give quotes for 3 options to correct the issue. The repair required 2 parts which were on his truck, the door was repaired and working in less than 90 minutes. Five Stars
