Outstanding is the first word to share! When I called for an appointment, someone was here in an hour. The technician, Cameron, was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He took time explaining so I could understand what he had to do to fix the problem. I will definitely use Precision Doors again in the future. Highly recommend this company.

I called Precision at 2 pm on Thursday to ask for service on our garage door opener. Received text and email confirmation within a couple of minutes. Service tech Isak arrived at 3:15 pm. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the necessary belt replacement within 10 minutes. Isak replaced the belt and did maintenance work, which he completed by 4 pm. A detailed paid receipt was emailed a few minutes later. Excellent experience! Still waiting for a call-back from another door company that did the original installation since Tuesday.

We saw the technician at Neighbor’s house and asked if he could stop by for a minute to give us some advice. He was able to identify some areas that needed looking at and was able to adjust his schedule to provide the service right then and there. The technician’s name was Bill and he was outstanding.

I was so please with my service today. I called to have service expecting to have to take time off work on another day. Instead they were able to set me up for and appointment within 2 hours. The technician that came out was very professional and explained what had happened and was able to do the maintenance and have my door working in perfect order. He did not leave until he know it working properly. I have already recommended them to my neighbor.

It was a Saturday morning and my track from the motor to the wall snapped. The tech that came out was prompt. He was professional and precise. I felt like he genuinely cared about my situation. I'm glad I picked this company. No extra fees for a weekend either. I am a very happy customer. Thank you for saving the day.

Our 11-year old garage door spring suddenly snapped on a late Saturday afternoon (luckily the door was already closed). I scheduled an online appointment with Precision and was called a few minutes later by the technician. Bill arrived in about 30 minutes, surveyed the lift mechanism, and quoted me the repair work. From the time I called to when the work was completed was just over 2 hours. Bill was very friendly and professional and did a great job.

Service technician called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. Performed the much needed door tune up and looked at the door opener and suggested that a new opener was needed as the current one is old. Appreciated his honesty. Would use this company in the future and would highly recommend them. Also called on Wednesday evening and was given an appointment for the next day.

The spring on our garage door broke which meant we could not open the door to get our car out of the garage. Precision was able to get an excellent technician to our home within a few hours. He did a thorough assessment of the door and we were able to make an educated decision on what needed to be done.

This company is reliable, professional and focused on excellent customer service. My garage door would only go up a few inches off the garage floor. I called and within 15 minutes a service man called to say he would arrive in a half hour. I explained how the door was working. He looked it over then explained he would give me a list of parts that needed at some point to be replaced. The door was 15 to 20 years old. He replaced what was needed. Very efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.
