Our 11-year old garage door spring suddenly snapped on a late Saturday afternoon (luckily the door was already closed). I scheduled an online appointment with Precision and was called a few minutes later by the technician. Bill arrived in about 30 minutes, surveyed the lift mechanism, and quoted me the repair work. From the time I called to when the work was completed was just over 2 hours. Bill was very friendly and professional and did a great job.
