We saw the technician at Neighbor’s house and asked if he could stop by for a minute to give us some advice. He was able to identify some areas that needed looking at and was able to adjust his schedule to provide the service right then and there. The technician’s name was Bill and he was outstanding.
It's great to hear you were able to connect with our team in such a convenient way. We're glad the visit worked out and that our team member was able to take care of everything during that stop. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater (St. Petersburg). We appreciate your feedback and are always here if you need us again.

Our 11-year old garage door spring suddenly snapped on a late Saturday afternoon (luckily the door was already closed). I scheduled an online appointment with Precision and was called a few minutes later by the technician. Bill arrived in about 30 minutes, surveyed the lift mechanism, and quoted me the repair work. From the time I called to when the work was completed was just over 2 hours. Bill was very friendly and professional and did a great job.

Carlos Morales did a great job communicating options with me. He was timely, curious, and professional. He worked tirelessly to complete the job and took the time to program all access points as well as the phone App. Thank you, Carlos!

I am a property manager on Treasure Island and Saint Petersburg Beaches. I have seen several of your trucks lately doing great work on people's garages after the storms last year. And recommended your company to our owner in Treasure Island. Thank you for your awesome service!! And Bill was awesome technician to work with very professional.
