In the past I've always used Precision Garage Door Service.
There was an issue with cost which was rectified after calling to complain. The service tech was friendly, and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. Precision offers a 7 year warranty on their garage door openers, most other places only offer 2 years.
Overall, I am satisfied with Precision since they did give me a refund.
My recommendation would be to do some shopping around so that you can make a more informed decision.
