Lucas Wyngarden was fabulous. He examined and evaluated my garage door issues. He explained to me what needed to be fixed and also informed me of what I should consider in replacing. I called Precison Garage store office at 405 PM and their tech, Lucas, arrived by 515 PM. After I told him to complete the work he suggested, my wife and I were elated over the work he performed in 2 1/2 hours. Because of the storms we encountered last year he replaced the ground sensors, replaced the rusted springs which open the door and replaced the cables that lift the door, he replaced the outdoor keypad and synced the door to all of our door openers. To have all of this done in 2 1/2 hours so the door closes and no invasive creatures can get into your home and surprise you when you go to get in your car was fabulous. Their service is well worth the cost and they will come when you need them. I would also like to add that Lucas was very professional, courteous and friendly.

Precision installed our door opener 2 years ago, and did a great job, so when our garage door started making a noise on opening and closing, I called them. They were out here the same day, troubleshot the door and did maintenance on it, checking and tightening all the screws, lubricating the hinges and such. No noise now, thanks!

We have an older home and the garage door spring let go. Precision answered the phone within 5 seconds so I didn't have to listen to music on hold at all. The phone person took my information quickly and professionally. I called at 10am and they were able to schedule a tech for today. My wife and I had the unfortunate event of our spring breaking this morning. I knew about Precision from their advertising and previously used them for a problem that turned out to be a non-issue -- which they did not charge me for. I requested an appointment in the morning (10 am) and was immediately contacted and was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon (noon arrival). Our technician was very professional and friendly and walked me through our options. I was offered various options but was not pressured to purchase the additional recommended parts. In fact, I was shown how to make the other parts last longer. We were up and running again in less than 90 minutes.
