The spring on our garage door broke which meant we could not open the door to get our car out of the garage. Precision was able to get an excellent technician to our home within a few hours. He did a thorough assessment of the door and we were able to make an educated decision on what needed to be done.

This company is reliable, professional and focused on excellent customer service. My garage door would only go up a few inches off the garage floor. I called and within 15 minutes a service man called to say he would arrive in a half hour. I explained how the door was working. He looked it over then explained he would give me a list of parts that needed at some point to be replaced. The door was 15 to 20 years old. He replaced what was needed. Very efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Precision Garage Doors today. Chris came to do an estimate and ended up staying to complete the job! Hooray! My opener on the wall in the garage was not working well. I had wires everywhere from a previous owner’s work. It’s now all cleaned up and working. Chris was very courteous and thorough. Explained everything to me. He was very helpful and explaining the workings of it when he was finished. 5 stars in work and customer service!

The service was quick. The technician was very good and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about the service. What I do regret is getting other quotes. I had to replace my garage door opener and other parts it was a 2008 model I know things had to be going wrong with other parts too. It works like a charm nice and smooth and quiet. No complaints here. The technician was amazing and very informative and patient with me and my questions. Thank you very much. Unfortunately I had brain surgery and cannot remember the technician name he was amazing!!!! Thank you Chris

Planned the garage door and remotes over the phone, they took a deposit, and they scheduled their techs for Tuesday. The techs were totally professional and qualified, called prior to arriving, arrived 12:15 pm, and completed the job by 2:30 pm.
