I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Precision Garage Doors today. Chris came to do an estimate and ended up staying to complete the job! Hooray! My opener on the wall in the garage was not working well. I had wires everywhere from a previous owner’s work. It’s now all cleaned up and working. Chris was very courteous and thorough. Explained everything to me. He was very helpful and explaining the workings of it when he was finished. 5 stars in work and customer service!

I originally got quotes from 3 companies. One of them was cheaper, but I wasn't impressed with the other salespeople or their products. Salesperson Jordan was very pleasant, helpful and more importantly, not pushy. I made the right choice with Precision.

Aidan is an excellent employee and you guys should be proud to have him representing you. He was extremely helpful and courteous during the process of presenting the facts and explaining everything. He was also very efficient at installing equipment and making sure everything worked correctly. I was initially somewhat concerned about the price quoted but he addressed my concerns. Aidan is an outstanding employee.

As always. needed new springs, bearings and tension cables. it destroyed itself overnight. Called at 6:30 in the morning and your guys were there by 9:30. Shout out to Cody Johnson and his crew. 2nd time in 6 months he had to come out and was fantastic. Your employees are the best. Thanks again.

The service was quick. The technician was very good and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about the service. What I do regret is getting other quotes. I had to replace my garage door opener and other parts it was a 2008 model I know things had to be going wrong with other parts too. It works like a charm nice and smooth and quiet. No complaints here. The technician was amazing and very informative and patient with me and my questions. Thank you very much. Unfortunately I had brain surgery and cannot remember the technician name he was amazing!!!! Thank you Chris

Precision is totally professional and qualified. They came out on a Sunday, gave a quote, no charge. They answer their phone, which is very nice, they are available for you. Planned the garage door and remotes over the phone, they took a deposit, and they scheduled their techs for Tuesday. The techs were totally professional and qualified, called prior to arriving, arrived 12:15 pm, and completed the job by 2:30 pm.
