The service was quick. The technician was very good and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about the service. What I do regret is getting other quotes. I had to replace my garage door opener and other parts it was a 2008 model I know things had to be going wrong with other parts too. It works like a charm nice and smooth and quiet. No complaints here. The technician was amazing and very informative and patient with me and my questions. Thank you very much. Unfortunately I had brain surgery and cannot remember the technician name he was amazing!!!! Thank you Chris

Great experience with Cheyney today. We were experiencing issues with our motor. He explained the issues clearly and presented the options available without any pressure. We decided to have a new motor and chain installed and are pleased as it is now much quieter when it’s running. Cheyney thoroughly talked through the new equipment afterwards and even setup the remote built into our car. Would recommend.

When I remodeled my home about 10 years ago, I had Precision install a new garage door. They were awesome then and are still awesome. I called them to service the door in March/April 2025 as the home had been flooded by both hurricanes in October 2024. We have an older home and the garage door spring let go. Precision answered the phone within 5 seconds so I didn't have to listen to music on hold at all. The phone person took my information quickly and professionally. I called at 10am and they were able to schedule a tech for today. The technician was professional and friendly, he quickly provided me a quote for the springs and advised me that several other components were worn out. I approved it and the technician completed all repairs within about 2 hours. I'm impressed with the quick response and professional people.
