The repairman who came to my house to fix my garage was Jim. I didn't know what was wrong with my garage remote, it just didn't work to open or close the door. I phoned the St Petersburg office early Tuesday morning to schedule a repairman. The lady who answered the phone was polite and scheduled a repairman after 4:00 the same day. About 30 minutes later the polite phone lady called me and asked if I was agreeable for around 2:00. I agreed to the earlier time and Jim called me to confirm. He was at my house on time and targeted the problem. He installed a new remote and was on his way to his next call in about 20 mins. JIm was very professional It was great to see a repairman know his job well and looked sharp He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. Good Job JIM. L Montgomery , 5 stars

As a Global HealthCare Leader, Philanthropist, Author, and Businessman, I am taking this time to write this review due in great part to the extraordinary service provided from your associate, Matt. First, I was referred to Precision by a business associate and admittedly speaking, I was not expecting much from the first appointment since it was simply an occasion to have an analysis of the garage doors of a home i recently purchased in St Petersburg. From the first moment I met Matt it was obvious to me that he did not see his role as a salesman and more as a consultant willing to identify solutions to problems. As a CEO of Public and Private Companies and as an author of one book on leadership and a second book due to be published in September, I am keenly aware of the attributes that separate the extraordinary performers from the average contributors. Matt possess all of the qualities that define a compassionate, committed, collaborative and creative leader. He instantly put me at ease with his in depth knowledge of alternative problem solving and i never felt like he was trying to push forward a business transaction and rather he truly took a vested interest in helping me reach a solution to the concerns I had with the two garage doors. I was not expecting to spend $6,000 in one occasion of meet and also shocked at the offer made to do the job on the same day of the assessment. Matt spent nearly 6 hours at my home never lodging one iota of dissatisfaction that the job continued into late evening. All in all, this experience as by far one of the best business interactions in my nearly 4 decades of owning a home and would recommend Precision and Matt without reservation due in great part to their unmatched customer service. I was impressed that they came to fix my garage door the day we called. And he had all the parts needed to replace the worn out ones. Now it works much more easily and is quiet. So I highly recommend them!

Very dissatisfied!! Very poor communication and handling from "call center" when appointment was set which resulted in wasting both my time and technician time. Get a better plan if you can't answer your own phones!

I gave Matt a five star rating. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything that he needed to do to make the new keypad and remote work. I have used Precision in the past at my large home in Bardmoor many years ago and the system still works very well there for the new tenants.
