I wanted the 19 R Garage Door but ended up with a 9R because the 19 R did not come in in time. I would've thought with the rush we had asked for would've got it in closer to four weeks instead of six We don't live in Florida, so it was really important to get it put on while we were there. Had to go to a Lower grade. Got to say the Installer, Lauren) and the people we dealt with over the phone (especially Alana) were top-notch! Just not happy with whoever supplies them with their garage doors.

Garage Door Spring broke and I could not open it on a weekend. Went to website and was able to make an appointment for first thing in the morning on a weekend. Repairman was awesome, arrived early and I was able to have the Spring upgraded and other minor issues fixed. I chose the upgraded fix but was given less expenses options without any pressure.

Highly recommend! First off, same day service. John, my service technician, sent me a notice with his photo before he arrived to let me know he was on his way to my house. John is the most friendly and knowledgeable service technician. He explained the repair process and went to work. John explaind what was going wrong with my garage door along with options and costs up front. In no time at all it was repaired and working like new. John also took before and after photos of my garage door and the repair came with a warranty.
