When I returned home from evacuating from Milton, my garage door was not working properly. I called Precision because they were the ones that installed it in 2014. Unfortunately, the opener was bad due to the power surge after the storm. The technician was able to replace it. He explained everything about the opener and even told me about the app for my phone. I called first thing this morning (Tuesday, September 12, 2023) to make the appointment. My garage door had been working on any type of opener, including the key fob. Luis Castillo called me when he was in route. Luis took the time to figure out the issue, replaced the board and re-programmed the garage door openers, including the opener in my wife's car. He also changed the battery in the keypad to get it working correctly. Luis was very courteous and helpful.
