In the past I've always used Precision Garage Door Service. There was an issue with cost which was rectified after calling to complain. The service tech was friendly, and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. Precision offers a 7 year warranty on their garage door openers, most other places only offer 2 years. Overall, I am satisfied with Precision since they did give me a refund. My recommendation would be to do some shopping around so that you can make a more informed decision.

Great customer service at all hours. When I purchased my new home a few years ago, the garage door stopped working very quickly. Since the brand was on the unit, I called their local service center only to be told that my issue was outside work hours and I would have to wait for 3 days!!! Needless to say, I called Precision and not only did they come out immediately, but the tech was also professional, courteous and timely. I immediately had the unit changed out and have had great service from Precision at all times ever since. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

When I returned home from evacuating from Milton, my garage door was not working properly. I called Precision because they were the ones that installed it in 2014. Unfortunately, the opener was bad due to the power surge after the storm. The technician was able to replace it. He explained everything about the opener and even told me about the app for my phone. I am extremely satisfied with the work and will always recommend Precision to friends and family.

Your employee, Chris, was very helpful & knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I wanted by putting a rubber stripping at the bottom of the garage door to keep most of the rainwater from coming into my garage. I called first thing this morning (Tuesday, September 12, 2023) to make the appointment. My garage door had been working on any type of opener, including the key fob. Luis Castillo called me when he was in route. Luis took the time to figure out the issue, replaced the board and re-programmed the garage door openers, including the opener in my wife's car. He also changed the battery in the keypad to get it working correctly. Luis was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone having garage door problems.

My service was a full replacement of the garage door opener. We opted for the quieter belt driven one. Our technician Derek Defelice was wonderful, courteous, friendly, organized.. He had the old motor out in no time, and installed the new one without issues. Because of the wicked heat, my boyfriend kept the large garage fan on him as he worked. And to close our deal we invited him inside for some A/C. I am so happy with this company, and extremely pleased with our technician.. Thank you so very much!
