Called and they were able to come out the next day! Arnold was very professional and very quick with installation. He wore a mask and gloves and wiped the opener down with disinfectant wipes which was very important to us during this time of the pandemic. Will be using them for all our garage door needs!

Hello All, I have been a Precision Overhead Garage Door customer since I purchased my home 10 years ago. The first time I had broken my garage door I found Precision's toll-free/24-7 emergency number on my garage door opener. I generally, need to call Precision for something once or twice a year (don't judge me). When I call, they can retrieve my record of all my service calls by entering my phone number in their system therefore, when the technician arrives they know exactly what was done on the last service call and the ages of the parts replaced (if any). When Mike arrived he knew my history and what needed to be done. We discussed three pricing options and I chose the best one based on my budget. He was very professional and a subject-matter-expert in the field of garage doors. He explained everything to me in advance and worked very efficiently. Before leaving he lubed the rollers, springs and all the other moving parts of the garage door. I will always continue to call Precision for all my garage needs because their staff are the garage door leaders with the best prices.

I called precision garage because I want them to check for door damage . I parked my car too near the door that the rear part of the car “got entangled” with the door . The garage door stopped halfway going down. I also requested Safety maintenance service. The repair man came after an hour of wait. His name is Noah Geer. After checking the door, Noah explained the job to me clearly and patiently. He was pleasant ,patient and courteous. He appeared confident and that was reassuring. We had a new hurricane resistant garage door with windows installed today. The sales person, Julie was very thorough and gave us a quote the same day. We were happy with the price and also upgraded our automatic door opener per her suggestion, ours was too small for the weight of the new hurricane door. Moved in to my new ( to me ) home today. Double garage door would not work. Called Precision before noon, and the technician, Jason Daring was there before 4pm. The motor needed to be replaced, and the entire garage door needed to be rebuilt; including straightening from an obvious case of a car backing into the door. Jason gave me an estimate and I authorized work to begin. I was worried that he couldn’t possibly finish all the work this late in the day. He assured me that he wouldn’t leave until everything was working to my satisfaction. After about three hours of intense, non stop labor, the door and all controls were working like new. This was an outstanding effort by a very knowledgeable and hard working professional.
