Michael Freeman was our technician, he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. We had trouble getting our garage door to work after a power outage. He went through the steps we need to know should this happen again. Their service time is exceptional, same day and within hours of my call to setup appointment. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Precision. Approximately 3-4 years ago a technician came to check out my garage door and noted the need to replace several parts for the door to operate properly. About a year later my motor needed replacing. The technician advised on replacing it with the genie. Since that initial contact, I have made calls to Precision with minor issues. From the representative answering my call to the technician responding to address my issue, I was treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
