I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Precision. Approximately 3-4 years ago a technician came to check out my garage door and noted the need to replace several parts for the door to operate properly. About a year later my motor needed replacing. The technician advised on replacing it with the genie. Since that initial contact, I have made calls to Precision with minor issues. From the representative answering my call to the technician responding to address my issue, I was treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
