Izak, the technician, was wonderful to work with, understanding that I really could not afford a new door. There were no high pressure sales, just options of what could be done. When our springs sprung we called Precision. Their tech,Noah arrived at the beginning of the 4 hour window which was a plus. Noah was very efficient in replacing the spring and we are happy with the job. Should need arise in the future (we have 3 double doors) we will be calling them again.
