Great service! I called this morning at about 7:50am and the technician was here by 8:30am. He quickly diagnosed the issues and had everything fixed by 10:30am. The price was fair and it all came with a five year warranty. At some point, the 8 year old motor will go as well and I will call them to handle that.

Adam and his team may be the most professional and accommodating garage door team out there! After a huge fumble, backing into our garage door, Adam and team responded immediately to securing our property within a 1 hour window of our first call. After being told (by another company) That we would have to completely replace our garage door based on damages Adam Was kind enough to explain to us that we actually only needed to replace a lower panel. The installation was excellent, The technician was very pleasant, but the price of over $1700 to install a genie garage door opener in my opinion was unreasonable. Unfortunately, I had no choice. I needed to use my garage.

We were able to schedule a call within hours of contacting Precision. The tech called with notice that he was headed our way. After testing our 19 yr old opener, it was determined that replacement of the door opener was the best option. Tech presented several options, with no high pressure to purchase one over another. The installation was handled quickly and professionally. The work area was cleaned.
