We have used Precision in the past for the installation of a new door and the replacement of the spring. The service this time, as always, was exceptional. Chris arrived right on time and was very professional. He provide me options for a new garage door opener, and was able to install the one I decided on in less than an hour and it is great. He set up the electronics for our key pad and remote. Great work.

Was walking my dog and saw the Precision Truck coming down the street and waved at him and pointed to the house. He pulled up and waited till I finished the walk. He had called that he was coming but I was out with dog so didn't get the call. :-) He said that he was going to inspect the door and its operation before discussing repair. He did a thorough inspection and went over every part of the system and repair costs. When he finished, I said ok let's get started. He said it would take about two hours. It did take two hours to get everything fixed and swept out the garage too. Went over the repairs and showed me how well the door worked now. Signed the bill and told him if any problems in future -want him to take care of them.

This repair was for the bracket that holds the springs to the leader/header board. This is the second time I have had Precision out to my house. Each time they have taken care of my problem quickly and efficiently. They point out things to watch for in the future, but no high pressure sales to do it right away. So they fix the actual problem, and don't try to manufacture work that is not needed. The price has always been less than I expected. Both techs have been very polite, friendly, professional, and offer helpful, informative information about my door and opener.
