Lucille Croteau

The young man called before coming for our garage service. He arrived within ten minutes. I explained our problem with the door and he asked pertinent questions. He was very polite and explained different routes to proceed. We are very satisfied with the service we received from him. He said his name was Jesus. When was finished he explained how each piece of equipment works. Needless to say, Jesus is a great asset to your company. The kind of worker every company aspires to hire. Polite and knowledgeable.! I might add that our garage was spotless after he completed his installation. Great experience with Precision!’n

This is a very professional company. From the first interaction to finished install they were in touch and answered all questions. The competition was late to show up for an estimate no follow-up nothing. Precision was very attentive. We are very pleased with the Price, product and installation.

Michael Freeman was our technician, he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. We had trouble getting our garage door to work after a power outage. He went through the steps we need to know should this happen again. Their service time is exceptional, same day and within hours of my call to setup appointment. Will be our go to for garage door service.

Precision Garage Doors was easy to contact. They were quick to respond, come out, do an estimate and set up an installation date. The installers called before coming to the house. They were polite and efficient in installing the garage door. They answered any questions we had about the newly installed door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door repairs or new garage doors.

In the past I've always used Precision Garage Door Service. There was an issue with cost which was rectified after calling to complain. The service tech was friendly, and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. Precision offers a 7 year warranty on their garage door openers, most other places only offer 2 years. Overall, I am satisfied with Precision since they did give me a refund. My recommendation would be to do some shopping around so that you can make a more informed decision.

Great customer service at all hours. When I purchased my new home a few years ago, the garage door stopped working very quickly. Since the brand was on the unit, I called their local service center only to be told that my issue was outside work hours and I would have to wait for 3 days!!! Needless to say, I called Precision and not only did they come out immediately, but the tech was also professional, courteous and timely. I immediately had the unit changed out and have had great service from Precision at all times ever since. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Sean came out to replace our very old Genie screw drive opener. It was making too much noise and not running correctly. He gave me a quote, and was out the next day, and completed the job!! Excellent work, friendly and professional. Thanks Sean and Precision, the belt drive is SOOO much quieter too!

When I returned home from evacuating from Milton, my garage door was not working properly. I called Precision because they were the ones that installed it in 2014. Unfortunately, the opener was bad due to the power surge after the storm. The technician was able to replace it. He explained everything about the opener and even told me about the app for my phone. I am extremely satisfied with the work and will always recommend Precision to friends and family.

Your employee, Chris, was very helpful & knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I wanted by putting a rubber stripping at the bottom of the garage door to keep most of the rainwater from coming into my garage. He did an excellent job and also provided me with an estimate for future repairs to my garage door. He also applied the coupon I received in my monthly Val Pack mail. I highly recommend to my friends and neighbors to use Precision whenever they need garage door service.

We chose Precision Overhead Doors to replace our garage door opener in February. We were very satisfied with the job they did then, the door quit opening without holding the button so we called about repairing it. They came out the same day and repaired it without additional charge. We will recommend the company and will call with anymore issues we have. Completely satisfied.

I called first thing this morning (Tuesday, September 12, 2023) to make the appointment. My garage door had been working on any type of opener, including the key fob. Luis Castillo called me when he was in route. Luis took the time to figure out the issue, replaced the board and re-programmed the garage door openers, including the opener in my wife's car. He also changed the battery in the keypad to get it working correctly. Luis was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone having garage door problems.
