Service technician was very nice and knowledgable. We wanted to have the trim around the garage door replaced and we were quoted almost $900.00. Outrageous for three pieces of plastic trim and maybe an hour's work.

They were on time and very professional. However, I need two sensors replaced, and they price gouged me, $245 dollars for a part you can get on Genie's website for $42.

The price is outrageous $350 for a one door garage belt is a rip off. Next time there will not be a precision call for any garage work. Sorry for doing business with you.

I needed a sensor, $200. Lubricate and adjust spring, $120, Fleet transportation $20 (whatever that is). Price was exorbitant!

I chose Precision based on some recommendations on NextDoor. I just needed some light general servicing and the safety sensors adjusted. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, however the price charged for the services performed was extremely high. He was here for just about an hour without any products purchased, installed or used, except for lubricant, and the total was $417!!!! That’s ridiculous. I will not be recommending your company to anyone based on your exorbitant pricing.

Charged $1000 for 2 springs wires and 10 pulleys and 2 safety wires. 2 Springs and wires are $47 @ home depot.

Called for repair. Opener taken off to repair and then told it can’t be repaired. Now I have no opener on, my spring is too tight and 500 for a basic opener with one remote. 70 for a keypad and more to program my remote. I could have bought a garage door opener at Home Depot with two remotes keypad and Bluetooth for less than 200, but now the garage door opener is off and laying on the ground: I felt I had no choice but to purchase one.

My wife called to get an estimate on a garage door repair so we could use the coupon. The technician cane out and said that he was there for a service call and there would be a minimum charge of $80. Nice enough guy but Not what we asked for. Since he was there and we were on the hook for the minimum, we he offered a written review of the garage door. We also requested another opener, which he programmed for us. I believe the charge was around $140 and while he waived the service call charge, he did not discount for the coupon.

I had called to request a quote on simply replacing the back-up battery of our garage door opener. I gave all the specific details of our model and was given a quote of $125-$150. I agreed and scheduled the technician. A few days later when the technician arrived to install, he gave me a quote of $238. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed. I told him the quote I had been given. He went back to the van and after about 10 minutes came back and said they would do it for $150. It felt very unprofessional and disingenuous. Good service, but I question the pricing policies the company and technicians employ.

The technician was professional, But the prices for the work performed was astronomical, you can buy the whole garage door opener for 1\3 of the price this company charged me for changing 12$ gear drive(I was charged 360$)

Arnold did a great job installing the new opener. I'm disappointed with the ridiculous price you charged me after I checked around after my opener was installed. Your price 800.00, other quotes were under 400.00 for the same opener , installed. Sorry, but I will not recommend your company.

Outrageously expensive. I do believe it was price gouging due to the hurricane. My sensors were damaged due to flooding from hurricane Helene. I provided the sensors, they installed 4 rollers and 1 remote. I was charged $826 dollars and now the external keypad doesn't work.
