The process for getting an estimate for the doors was very good. However, it took several phone calls with no response and 2 weeks before I could get my questions answered. This morning we had the 2 garage doors installed. It was a two person team that came out and one of them was rude, did not want to help move a few boxes out of the way and put them back, and he did not care that he moved a storage rack on wheels and left a long streak of rubber on a fresh concrete garage floor because he did not unlock the wheels before moving them. Unprofessional service. Doors look good.

The garage door wouldn't close. I couldn't find a reason, neither could the lawn man. I called for service and was told no one could come before the next morning. Tanner said all the emergency appointments were taken. It was about 5:30. He said he would page someone to let them know. I was worried because the door wouldn't close and there have been a lot of thefts in the neighborhood lately. Burglaries, cat theft, even physical attacks. So I wasn't comfortable waiting..but I had to. I'm disabled and live on my own. I hardly slept last night because I was so worried. This morning I received a call amd not one but 2 people showed up. Apologized and fixed it. It was a very simple fix. And the men were proffessional. I could have fixed it myself I'd noticed the problem. So I like my garage door amd the company. But one of the selling points was the 24 hour service. And that didn't happen. Other wise I'm happy.

I have used your service for years but I am increasingly frustrated. I called and asked the cost would be $90, the bill I was originally presented was $189.00. Then there was a $20 charge for fleet fee (undisclosed)when I called for a price In addition I have never had a service call where there was an attempt to upsell me for something else.

Technicians were top notch, friendly , and knowledgeable. My problem lies in the cost of the parts. Price appears to be double the going rate for like service according to local price guides.

Tech was pleasant and fast but price for what I got seemed extremely high. 2 end bearing plates (ie $120 of galvanized brackets) a ranged ball bearing, a galvanized shaft and new torsion spring for $480. There was also a $10 fuel surcharge???? Install took about an hour. Wow.
