The technician was incredibly rude and condescending. He quoted me over $200 to repair a belt to which I said that's a little steep since the unit didn't even cost that much. On multiple occasions he slowly explained to me "well, you know I'm installing it too,right." Since I called to schedule a replacement of a worn belt I'm confident I knew that.

Wrong size door sent to be installed. Was installed anyway while we wait for correct size. Far to heavy for me to lift manually. About 8 steel reinforcements on inside of garage is what’s causing this. To heavy for door opener to even work. I am not paying any balance due until this is all fixed. So you want a review. Well here it is. The salesman was very nice, and on time. However it is a week later, and I still received no estimate on the two garage doors. I did speak with the agent that afternoon and I was getting one that day. Hence no estimate. But that workout well, it gave me time to ponda about doing the garage doors. which would have to be 6.5 feet plus taking off 3 inches for trim work. having 8 foot doors on my house I can not imagine the functional performance of such small doors. Not counting all the framing that needs to get done. So thank you. I decided after waiting a week, to keep the old barn doors and re adjusting them which will actually look better, and makes the garages look larger.. and save wasted money. If i didn't have all this time to think it over, I would have did the doors and felt after the fact it wasn't worth it.. but nevertheless you would have made a sale. When buying property as I do, I used overhead garage doors for many of my projects. I picked to have you come to see the difference and your ads seem to have good prices. They show up like you guy did, but they give me a price on the spot. and installed as they said they would. None of this I have to get you an estimate and making people wait for a week and still no estimate. Not a good way to do business. and what a waste of company time..

I think $89.95 just to pull in the driveway is too high. All was done was an adjustment on the eye not really much labor involved. Something like this should be up to the driver on how much to charge. Being a senior on limited income is a little steep. I will not recommend this company. Thank you anyway

We were extremely shocked and upset with the amount you charged for your service. Your tech was here 20-30 minutes and reconnected some wires and put a screw in to reattach wall station. For this you charged us $181.90. As an active member of Mainlands, I will make sure everyone I knows what you did and what you charged.
