Lucas Wyngarden was fabulous. He examined and evaluated my garage door issues. He explained to me what needed to be fixed and also informed me of what I should consider in replacing. I called Precison Garage store office at 405 PM and their tech, Lucas, arrived by 515 PM. After I told him to complete the work he suggested, my wife and I were elated over the work he performed in 2 1/2 hours. Because of the storms we encountered last year he replaced the ground sensors, replaced the rusted springs which open the door and replaced the cables that lift the door, he replaced the outdoor keypad and synced the door to all of our door openers. To have all of this done in 2 1/2 hours so the door closes and no invasive creatures can get into your home and surprise you when you go to get in your car was fabulous. Their service is well worth the cost and they will come when you need them. I would also like to add that Lucas was very professional, courteous and friendly.

Our technician was so helpful and efficient. He explained what he needed to do and afterward made sure I knew what to expect. Melanie came to discuss Hurricane garage doors. We chose a door to purchase. We mentioned that our current door was not working due to a broken cable. She immediately scheduled a repair for that same day and informed us that the repair cost would be deducted from our new door purchase price. Of course we thanked her and she thanked us for being a longtime customer. We have not been thanked like that in a long time. It feels good to be respected like that!

Precision installed our door opener 2 years ago, and did a great job, so when our garage door started making a noise on opening and closing, I called them. They were out here the same day, troubleshot the door and did maintenance on it, checking and tightening all the screws, lubricating the hinges and such. No noise now, thanks!
