Precision Garage Door of St. Petersburg

Recently, the motor went on my door. Chris let met know when he was coming and even did some trouble shooting on the phone with me to make sure I really needed the visit, so he wouldn't waste my money! Unfortunately, the motor needed to be replaced. He was extremely personable, explained all my options and went to work. It was a Sunday and the rates were no different than if it had been Monday! I have used them multiple times and would never call anyone else! I would highly recommend this company, they are about the customer!

I just bought a house and the spring on the Garage was broken and needed repaired. My realtor referred me to Precision and said they were a good company to work with. My appointment time was set for between 10AM and 2PM. I received a call to let me know they had an earlier opening. I met the technician at the house. It turned out to be a much bigger repair than expected but I was given several options. After discussing with a family member I chose the option I wanted to go with and the technician went to work. Precision Overhead Garage Door of St. Petersburg customer service was far beyond expectation… Due to the recent storm flooding my garage door controls were not working properly… I called Precision at 5:00PM to schedule an appointment… I was given an appointment for that night… At 6:20 Chris Johnson the technician arrived and determined that the sensors were not operational… By 6:50 the job was completed and I had my garage doors working again… Chris was friendly and professional… Could not have asked for better service… Thank you Precision Overhead and thank you Chris Johnson…

Called for repair. Opener taken off to repair and then told it can’t be repaired. Now I have no opener on, my spring is too tight and 500 for a basic opener with one remote. 70 for a keypad and more to program my remote. I could have bought a garage door opener at Home Depot with two remotes keypad and Bluetooth for less than 200, but now the garage door opener is off and laying on the ground: I felt I had no choice but to purchase one.

Robert Trotter gave me a helping hand moving items out of the way, even though it was my responsibility It seems to me the new regulations are more concerned about the safety of my non-existent underage children, than my own safety of any uninvited intruders entering my garage. No possibility of warning light, which I had before.
