I called on NEW YEAR'S DAY just to get an appointment for a quote on fixing my garage door. PRECISION responded by sending out a TECH THAT DAY. Upon arriving, not only was he able to give me a quote, but was able to replace the old garage door unit and fix all the parts that were messed up with the old door. Now, I have exactly what I needed and a seven year warranty. And it was all done on NEW YEAR'S DAY and in less that two hours. The TECH was very professional and got the job done quickly. The first installer forgot to connect wires to the warning devices. Both red and green lites were not operating. This first installer needs to cover the 3" of butt crack that he exposes, PLS. Installer #2 fixed all issues and did a fine job in getting the door to operate properly. No cracks exposed! All is good at this writing.

Recently, the motor went on my door. Chris let met know when he was coming and even did some trouble shooting on the phone with me to make sure I really needed the visit, so he wouldn't waste my money! Unfortunately, the motor needed to be replaced. He was extremely personable, explained all my options and went to work. It was a Sunday and the rates were no different than if it had been Monday! I have used them multiple times and would never call anyone else! I would highly recommend this company, they are about the customer!

I just bought a house and the spring on the Garage was broken and needed repaired. My realtor referred me to Precision and said they were a good company to work with. My appointment time was set for between 10AM and 2PM. I received a call to let me know they had an earlier opening. I met the technician at the house. Called for repair. Opener taken off to repair and then told it can’t be repaired. Now I have no opener on, my spring is too tight and 500 for a basic opener with one remote. 70 for a keypad and more to program my remote. I could have bought a garage door opener at Home Depot with two remotes keypad and Bluetooth for less than 200, but now the garage door opener is off and laying on the ground: I felt I had no choice but to purchase one.
