The technician, Bryce, arrived when promised, found the problem with the circuit board, and replaced it, as well as the safety eyes, both damaged by hurricane Helene. Precision Overhead Doors fixed my door and solved the problem. The staff in office and the installer helped me. I was afraid the door would fall apart! We have used Precision in prior years and are very happy every time they have worked on our door. I was very surprised to get someone to come, especially since Hurricane Helena had them so busy. My door problem is nothing compared to many homes loosing their garages and doors. Thank you. Now I will use the door and not worry about it falling apart.

Jack from Precision Garage Door was extremely professional! He called 20 minutes prior to arrival and showed up as planned. He asked what I wanted. The only reason I did not order a new Garage door is because I don't have the ceiling space for it. Also, he explained that my swing out door was discontinued in 1970, so they cant repair it. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of St. Pete.
