I used Precision in the past to replace our door opener. I had a great experience with them and decided to use them again this time to replace the garage door. Cody arrived and presented himself in a professional manner. He was respectful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The process for getting an estimate for the doors was very good. However, it took several phone calls with no response and 2 weeks before I could get my questions answered. This morning we had the 2 garage doors installed. It was a two person team that came out and one of them was rude, did not want to help move a few boxes out of the way and put them back, and he did not care that he moved a storage rack on wheels and left a long streak of rubber on a fresh concrete garage floor because he did not unlock the wheels before moving them. Unprofessional service. Doors look good.
