Noah showed up on time with a smile on his face despite the excessive heat! His greeting was warm and personable and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I explained my concerns and after his inspection he told me everything looked good and finished up. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I did need a new remote, which by the way is way overpriced, but I realize he has nothing to do with that. Remote was just about the same as the service call!!

I've used Precision Garage Door each time I experienced a problem over there past 20+ years. They have always been fantastic, on time, and always provided great service and reasonable pricing. I accidentally wedged my door and messed up the pull cable and could not close it. Precision scheduled for the next morning as it was already 5pm. Noah was the technician. On time, polite, knowledgeable and so patient as he listened to my garage door story. He repaired the door with expertise. Took the time to explain the repair and answered all my questions.
