The springs broke on our garage door and we called Precision Garage Doors as they had done some repair work on our garage door when we moved in our house 6 years ago. We called and asked if they could come ASAP. Chris McVeigh came out that evening. The job took several hours and Chris was both polite and meticulous. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but we were very happy with the job he did. We highly recommend Chris and Precision Garage Doors.

We chose Precision Overhead Doors to replace our garage door opener in February. We were very satisfied with the job they did then, the door quit opening without holding the button so we called about repairing it. They came out the same day and repaired it without additional charge. We will recommend the company and will call with anymore issues we have. Completely satisfied.

This is the second time we were traveling and our garage door broke while we were gone. Arnold was there in about an hour and fixed the door in less than an hour. Very courteous and explained everything he was doing. Great job and will only call you guys!

Called and they were able to come out the next day! Arnold was very professional and very quick with installation. He wore a mask and gloves and wiped the opener down with disinfectant wipes which was very important to us during this time of the pandemic. Will be using them for all our garage door needs!

Arnold did a great job installing the new opener. I'm disappointed with the ridiculous price you charged me after I checked around after my opener was installed. Your price 800.00, other quotes were under 400.00 for the same opener , installed. Sorry, but I will not recommend your company.
