Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door and opener for us in 2019. We were very pleased with the whole process. This past week our door developed a glitch and would not stay closed. They were able to schedule a timely service call and their technician Chris arrived when expected and made the adjustments needed to get our garage door working properly. Jason removed our old garage door and installed our new hurricane rated garage door including reinforced wood framing required for building code. The door and framing look great. We called Precision to install two separate doors at mom's house. The openings were not a standard size, so Precision had to manufacture custom doors. Their salesperson called upon another representative from their company. She did all the measurements and sent the crew for the installation. The doors work perfectly and they're very quiet because we chose a band retractor rather than the customary chain pull. We were very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. We called upon them to install the door on our own house. They met the expectation we had based on previous experience. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.
