My garage door would only open part of the way and then it would start making an awful grinding sound. I called Precision Overhead Garage door and a young man named Keith Allen came over and he very quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. I was very impressed with the service.

This repair was for the bracket that holds the springs to the leader/header board. This is the second time I have had Precision out to my house. Each time they have taken care of my problem quickly and efficiently. They point out things to watch for in the future, but no high pressure sales to do it right away. So they fix the actual problem, and don't try to manufacture work that is not needed. The price has always been less than I expected. Both techs have been very polite, friendly, professional, and offer helpful, informative information about my door and opener.

Tech was friendly and competent. Pleasantly surprised repairs could be done same day. New unit works fine and has all the remote capabilities we required. Were surprised by the 20 dollar disposal fee which was never quoted previously, although i asked for a total price. This should be included or explained when quoting.

I beleve the technician first name was Chris. He was on time, called before he got there and was very courtious and nice. He fixed everything, tightened the belt, made sure the remotes worked and showed me how to reconnect the door when the power goes out again. He was not going to charge but me but I insisted that he did. Very knowagable and nice. I would reccomend your company to my friends and family. Your company installed the garage door and opener in April/May 2011 and did a great job. Thanks Jim Foltz
