The first installer forgot to connect wires to the warning devices. Both red and green lites were not operating. This first installer needs to cover the 3" of butt crack that he exposes, PLS. Installer #2 fixed all issues and did a fine job in getting the door to operate properly. No cracks exposed! All is good at this writing.

4 stars, as I didn’t receive an invoice because I paid by check. I would have paid in a different manner had I understood that. Then, a day later upon receiving the invoice electronically, satisfaction of the work completed was “x’d” as my signature. I was never given the opportunity to sign so an x should not have been signed for me.
